Terms
Any request for repair, replacement or rendering of service
under any of the warranties, guarantees or policies described
above must be directed to the Dobbs Tire and Auto Center issuing
the "Warranty Record" upon receiving your service.
The "Warranty Record" and copy of the original invoice must
be presented when any request is made for any warranty service.
The warranties, guarantees and policies described herein do
not in any way extend to consequential damage resulting from
either a deffect in parts, material or performance failure.
The "Warranty Record" is not assignable and is for exclusive
benefit of the customer and vehicle identified herein.
In the event an automobile mechanical service rendered by
Dobbs Tire and Auto Centers fails to perform satisfactorily
within the specified period from date of invoice, then the
same service as covered by original invoice will be rendered
to the degree necessary to correct the faulty performance,
unless the invoice is noted to show that the customer declined
to authorize certain specified labor, parts or materials as
required for satisfactory performance.
By arrangement for an appointment and surrender of the invoice,
the Dobbs Tire and Auto Centers rendering the original service
will handle such corrections without any additional charge
for labor, parts or materials. Only in cases where new labor,
parts or materials might be authorized, over and above that
specified on the original invoice, will there be any additional
charge.
This service policy does not in any way extend to consequential
damage nor does it apply to any performance failure due to
such causes as fire, theft, road damage, collision or any
negligent or willful abuse.
Should you have any questions or problems concerning this
service policy which is not explained or handled to your complete
satisfaction by the Dobbs Tire and Auto Centers, pleas write

Warranty service within the St. Louis Metropolitan area which
includes a 50 mile radius thereof must be performed at the
original repair facility. Please contact your local Dobbs
Auto Center. For out of State warranty program please DIAL
1-800-800-1983. This toll free number will direct you to the
nearest warranty outlet.
In the event of failure of materials, workmanship or wear,
replacement and installation, including parts and labor, will
be made, free of charge. Warranty repair costs will not exceed
the cost of the original repair or service.
